GAINESVILLE, FLA. — The University of Florida and The Nature Conservancy celebrated 25 years of research and education on Nov. 4 at the Katharine Ordway Preserve and Carl Swisher Memorial Sanctuary in Putnam County.
The event also marked the upcoming gift of the 3,000-acre sanctuary from The Nature Conservancy to the University of Florida Foundation and naming the combined facilities as the Ordway-Swisher Biological Station. (more…)
