CHESTNUTS ALSO A GOOD SOURCE OF FIBER AND PROTEIN ALTHOUGH CHESTNUTS ARE LOWER IN PROTEIN THAN OTHER NUTS. ROASTING CHESTNUTS IS A GREAT WAY TO ENJOY THIS POPULAR SNACK, BUT CHESTNUTS CAN ALSO BE USED IN MANY RECIPES INCLUDING TURKEY DRESSING, IN DESERTS, AND SAUTEED WITH VEGETABLES.
